What I Did This Week:
I have been working on some big stories that will release in the coming weeks (inshallah). Because of that, I don't really have anything to share other than this week's newsletter about the FBI installing some antennas in Puerto Rico for a system meant to help their surveillance operations. Not to be too self-agrandizing, but you literally won't find this type of reporting anywhere else.

I also made a TikTok video about it for a Spanish-speaking audience, which really popped off. This isn't anything new, but these shortform videos really help me reach an audience because this newsletter is small. This last video netted me like 120 new followers. So, even though I feel like a deer in headlights any time a camera is on me, I will keep making them for the foreseeable future.

Updates:
Since I've been reporting on New Fortress Energy's (NFE) financials for a hot minute, I figure I should highlight that their next quarterly report will have huge good news for them because they just signed a 7-year contract worth $4 billion with the Puerto Rican government for LNG delivery.
As I reported about two weeks ago, seven pilots sued one of the company's subsidiary because of alleged safety issues with the tugboats they used for the vessels that deliver the LNG once they're in the San Juan Bay. It's still unclear how this new deal will affect that lawsuit and the change in tugboats. However, according to a recent filing, the pilots are attempting to get an injunction to stop the tugboats from being removed.
